Director & Building Designer - Mel Giuliano

Having virtually spent his entire life watching his father work on the drafting board and helping him out with construction projects, Mel has had a lifetime of experience in the design and construction indystry.

Mel has worked in a architectural design role for 18 years and a structural engineering design firm 2 years whilst studying. He also managed several construction sites for residential dwellings through the family construction business before opening his own design company. Growing up on building sites his whole life; ranging from extensions, new homes to multi dwelling developments, you can be sure when it comes to feasibility, and actual designs that work, you are in safe hands.

Building Design & Technical Design - Adrian Astuto

After completing his Advanced Diploma of Building Design & Architectural studies at RMIT, Adrian is a dedicated building designer with a passion for thoughtful, functional spaces that respond to both context and client needs. With experience across residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects, Adrian brings a collaborative approach to every stage of the design process—from the initial concept development to detailed documentation. His high attention to detail, strong communication skills with clients and consultants, and commitment to practical yet creative solutions help bring each of our projects to life.

Building Design & Interior Design - Shiva Sarhangi

With Shiva completing her Bachelors and Masters in Architecture, Shiva moved straight into a role for an established architecture firm before focusing on her own design business. Working extensively in building design and interior design, she has amassed years of experience in the field working on bespoke home design and interior design.

Her level of knowledge in architectural styles and periods had made her the designer she is today.

Creative Arch is a design studio with a difference. Being in the field for nearly two decades is what has gotten us our reputation as a quality design studio. We are a friendly team who wants the best for our clients. We understand there is more to it then just designing plans for clients.

The difference is we save our clients money using our expertise. This can be as simple as moving a window just past a load bearing point, to strategically placing walls where beams will be reduced in size. This is what our experience brings our clients their best results in terms of design and budget.

Creative arch do not only design for clients, but manage town planning applications and building permit applications. This is a turn key design / documentation package which will have you ready to build.

The key is obtaining all relevant documents prior to lodging any plans with councils. This saves our clients time and money on investment repayments by doing our homework early in the process!
