Director & Building Designer - Mel Giuliano
Having virtually spent his entire life watching his father work on the drafting board and helping him out with construction projects, Mel has had a lifetime of experience in the design and construction industry.
Mel has worked in a architectural design role for 18 years and a structural engineering design firm 2 years whilst studying. He also managed several construction sites for residential dwellings through the family construction business before opening his own design company. Growing up on building sites his whole life; ranging from extensions, new homes to multi dwelling developments, you can be sure when it comes to feasibility, and actual designs that work, you are in safe hands.
Interior Design & Design Consultant - Shiva Sarhangi
Shiva completed her Masters of Architecture at UQ, and has worked in a role for a major architect firm and an interior design firm. She has 10 years combined experience in both fields. The skillset that allows her offer a comperhansive view on bespoke design is what seperates her from many other consultants.
She enjoys working on contemporary design and has a passion for wood work creating many different ornaments and furniture.
With her attention to detail she makes the perfect interior designer for our clients wanting that personal touch to their projects.
Building Design & Technical Design - Adrian Astuto
After completing his Advanced Diploma of Building Design & Architectural studies at RMIT, Adrian is a dedicated building designer with a passion for thoughtful, functional spaces that respond to both context and client needs. With experience across residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects, Adrian brings a collaborative approach to every stage of the design process—from the initial concept development to detailed documentation. His high attention to detail, strong communication skills with clients and consultants, and commitment to practical yet creative solutions help bring each of our projects to life.
